CANCELLATION POLICY
SHC Wellness & Trichology Clinic | Cancellation & Deposit Policy At Sovereign Hair Care, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, we ask that all guests respect the following policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and deposits. 1. Cancellations & Late Reschedules • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost automatically. • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in restricted booking privileges. 2. Deposits • Services requiring a deposit must have the deposit paid at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. • All deposits are non-refundable. • Clients may reschedule one time using the same deposit if the reschedule is made within 14 days of the original appointment date. • If the appointment is not rescheduled within that 14-day window, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. 3. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure your full service. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to reschedule, regardless of deposit paid. This ensures that we respect the next guest’s appointment and maintain the flow of our service schedule. 4. Courtesy & Consistency Our goal is to provide each client with a calm, professional, and timely experience. These policies help us maintain fairness, respect every client’s time, and deliver consistent, quality care.
