CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POLICY ***Canceling an appointment includes No Shows, Late after 15 minutes & Rescheduling after appointment times. *** EMERGENCIES DO HAPPEN *** ~If you have TWO consecutive cancellations (with or without communication). You will have to pay your next appointment in full upon scheduling. ~If you have TWO consecutive rescheduled appointments (of the appointment) that will be considered cancellation for that appointment. You will have to pay your next appointment in full upon scheduling. ~If you show up AFTER 15 minutes with no communication, we may have to reschedule your appointment depending on time. ~EMERGENCIES do happen, Please let me know asap. ~At THREE months of no service, schedule for New Client services. Please note, treatment services will be required. NEW NOTICE: ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT via CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. If you need to use cash app (or other 3rd party app) please use that app’s debit card. ***If you remove your card information, you will not be able to reschedule online with the no deposit option***
